Complaints about iPhone in China

Based to the CCA or the China Consumers Association, an raising number of clients requests are rising for an investigation of iPhone – especially the iPhone 6 and 6 Plus models. This comes right after a number of complaints that the handsets turning off and never again turn on. Although no certain figure available on the complaints, CCA mentioned it is a significant number.

Aside from the on and off issues, iPhone users are experiencing a sudden turning off of their device despite showing a charge battery of 50 to 60 percent. The device also been reported to turning off spontaneously in cold conditions.
